    Hey so I see the same issue above, I called GoDaddy and we checked all these:
    1. 3 Requirements for Royal:

    – To use Royal, you must be running WordPress 3.9 or higher and PHP 5.3 or higher;

    – To avoid problems with demo content import you must be sure that file_get_contents() function is enabled in the server configuration;

    – Recommended memory_limit is no less than 64M;

    – Upload_max_filesize should be no less than 20M.

    they all exceed the requirements.
    So now I turn to you. You have asked for FTP from everyone else so I am including it in the PM. I want Beauty one page to start, but may need elements from others, so need them accessable.
    Thanks!

    Beauty One Page is the Demo I was trying to install. See first note. I just tried, it still won’t install for me. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? I’m just clicking install. Nothing happens. I have never had this issue.

    Hello,

    I’ve imported Beauty template manually. You can find page “Beauty” in the “Pages” section of wp-admin panel. Please check.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    I see it. Please answer my other question, is there something wrong with the theme or my WP install? What is the cause of this? If it’s a bug that will addressed in an update I’m fine with that I just wish to know what is happening here.

    Also – I have a notice that says this:
    Multiple Media Posts

    There are currently 2 OptionTree media posts in your database. At some point in the past, a version of OptionTree added multiple option-tree media post objects cluttering up your wp_50r2yy1d5q_posts table. There is no associated risk or harm that these posts have caused other than to add size to your overall database. Thankfully, there is a way to remove all these orphaned media posts and get your database cleaned up.

    By clicking the button below, OptionTree will delete 1 records and consolidate them into one single OptionTree media post for uploading attachments to. Additionally, the attachments will have their parent ID updated to the correct media post.

    This could take a while to fully process depending on how many records you have in your database, so please be patient and wait for the script to finish.

    SHould I click it?

    Hello,

    There was an issue with import from our side. Now it should be fixed.
    Please try to import templates now.

    Please take our apologies for inconveniences.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
