Hi,

I tried installing Base Content and Theme version, however none of these seems to be installed.

Can you please check.

I didn’t do anything!

This is a classical problem with this theme/plugins. I fixed this earlier by deactivating all plugins, but now I don’t understand why it’s coming again!

Please help resolve permanently.

Hello, I’m trying to apply a landing page on my site and it’s impossible. I uninstalled theme and WordPress several times, I returned to start every time and remains the same. The template doesn’t allow me “Install base demo content” or a “landing page”. I select another demo and fails because it tells me that: “This theme requires the following plugin: Ultimate addons for Visual Composer.”

But I install the plugin and it says:

“Downloading the installation file http://thevurger.com/wordpress1/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/plugins/Ultimate_VC_Addons.zip… Decompressing … Installing the plugin … The folder already exists. /var/www/vhost/thevurger.com/home/html/wordpress1/wp-content/plugins/ultimate_vc_addons/ Failure to install the plugin.”

Again and again. 🙁

What is wrong?

You can disregard this issue. I migrated over to wpengine and the theme was able to be imported. However it doesnt look like the demo content on your website.
