Demo Content Import (step5.1) / Dummy Data Installation (step 6)

Hi, I’m not sure if these things are related but they seem to be. The installation steps provided with the Themeforest download package don’t seem to match the instructions as applied to steps 5.1 and 6.

Step 5.1: Step two says “After successful import, open lmport, upload the file royal_ess_grid.json and click on Read File button.” The file royal_ess_grid.json isn’t included in the download package. There are other similarly named files, but not this one. If one of the other files are selected then the process doens’t go according to what the instructions say.

Step 6: When attempting to push forward to step 6, it looks like the desired demo content is available, in my case I’m after the “Doctor” theme. I’ve clicked on this theme and it installs (seems to anyway), but then it will suddenly drop. The header shows, but the rest of the home page demo content reverts back to some other theme (probably the default theme).

Can you please help me troubleshoot these issues.
