I’ve been trying to compress the images in my media folder starting by deleting the default images that came with the theme. Every time I delete them they come back. Why is that??? What can I do to delete all those images??

    Hello,

As a rule, there is no problem to remove demo images from the media clicking “delete permanently”. Provide us with links to at least a few demo images that you can’t remove from your media.

I tried to delete 90% of the images that came with my demo and they wont delete, KEEPING 10% of the pics and this morning I go on my site and the 10% I kept are GONE and 75% of the images I deleted are there! Also my home page sliders & images that I did not delete are GONE! I don’t even know the photos that were there and their dimensions to ry to replace them with other photos. Where can I find the photo sizes that went into the demo default pages? Couple of my shop categories are not working and about us page images I didnt delete, disappeared.!!! How can I add a replacement image that is big enought an covers the background of the text like how the demo version has? Or make it larger than the one I just put in place today?

    Hello,

    1) In your previous message, you told me that you want to delete all the images that you got with our theme http://prntscr.com/ruwuvu We checked your media and found only a few demo images, tried to delete them and did not face the issue. So, I asked about links to images that you can’t remove. Can you provide links to images from our demo that you can’t remove or to images that again are at your media library? Because I can’t find any image from our demo at your media library. We wouldn’t be deleting images if you did not ask about this.

    2) We used images 370x232px for the banners on the home page.

    3) “Couple of my shop categories” could you be more detailed? Which one? Provide links to categories, please.

    4) About us page. We used row bg http://prntscr.com/rux7fn 1900×830 http://prntscr.com/rux67h
    Single images with 555×515 http://prntscr.com/rux81x

    Hello,

These images are Shopkeeper theme demo content http://prntscr.com/rw1kt3. Contact their support with this question https://themeforest.net/item/shopkeeper-ecommerce-wp-theme-for-woocommerce/9553045
We removed our demo content without any issue as you can see.

    Hello,

I have already asked you to avoid duplication of the same problem in a few topics but seems you did not hear our requests. I repeat: don’t post multiple topics for the same issue!!!

    Check the answer here https://www.8theme.com/topic/not-seeing-all-header-icon-to-add-on-connection-block-ie-wish-list-track-order/#post-233080
