    Hello,
I use the Backend Editor tool for most of our website pages. Within there I usually select Default Templates under Visual Composer. Here I would be provided with many different page template options and was provided images to show what it looked like. We ran an update on our site recently and now when I click on Default Templates there are no visual options, just the names of the different page options. Then when I select one it then looks like it is loading and says template added but it never appears on the page backend.

Please help me figure out why we are having this issue.

    Thanks

    Hello,

I added template successfully. Try to clear browser cache and check again.
Also images are not shown with default WordPress theme (Twenty Fifteen) too, so it’s related to Visual Composer plugin, not to the theme. Check it yourself.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
