Default demo content disappeared - by medna.store

Hi,

I have installed the theme successfully and also some of the default demo was showing. I just wanted to see another skin however setting it resulted int he loss of the default content and even I reinstalled the theme and re activated it is not found. Could you check what is the problem, please?

I would like the default demo with all pages, please.

Hello,

Please give me full access to your admin panel.
Also, make sure that you set home page (Settings > Reading > Your homepage displays) and read our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/

Hi Thank you for your repl and also many thanks for engaging into the project.
I have checked the site and I am sorry but it is not like the default I managed to have fully installed for the first time when I launched the theme. Could you check and compare with your demo, please? I would like the same. https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/

Sorry for the delay due to the weekends.
Please check your home page now. You may change header type in Theme Options.
I’ve deactivated AliDropship Plugin, because of there is a conflict with revolution slider.
To create footer read our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/9_footer and watch https://www.8theme.com/videos/ (Royal – WordPress ThemeEngine – Footer Set Up).
Feel free to ask, if you need any help.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. I am not very happy with result, I must say. it does not look like the version I managed to set up after installing the theme and adding the demo, before I tried out other demos. Also the ali plugin didn’t interfere with the slider to me, so I am not sure why it needed to be deactivated which resulted in loss of setting. Anyhow. Could you remove the theme and demo completely please so I can restart from scratch and add the default demo like I did before. I hope it will help recreating the first version in which the slider had texts properly positioned and all home page settings same as in your demo. The header and footer etc.

Kindly proceed asap as I have been waiting for a correct resolution for quite some time now.

Hello,

1) I have installed the default version of our theme for you. Check and let me know if you need anything else.
2) That plugin gives js error even with default theme http://prntscr.com/hk961r this error breaks some scripts and that’s why such elements as slider, background video and some other do not work. So, either contact plugin author to fix this error or disable plugin. Because you won’t be able to use theme and some plugins because of this problem.
