Hi,

why can’t i see the default category? Furthermore, the price filter does not seem to work …

As for your mentioned issues are concerned kindly send us your website URL and temporary wp admin access so that we will check your issue in more details.

Note: Please check your website after deactivating all 3rd party plugin and activating only those plugin which is provided with xstore Package.

Hello

Thank you so much for your wp logins.

1- As for your mentioned category not showing is concerned you have change the name of default woocommerce category with your name so we will recommend you kindly create a new category with your require name and then check your website.

2- As for Price Filter is concerned price filter is working absolutely fine in your website. Select your price range and then click on Filter Button.

Note: Currently only few product is add in your website make sure add more product with different prices and then check your price filter.

is there any reason why i can’t change woocommerce default category name? If I don’t rename it I have a named category that gets indexed for nothing. Do I have to rename it because this problem happens? Is it a bug?

Hello,

We’ve checked your site one more time and can see 4 categories in the sidebar on your Shop page. Is it solved? Could you clear the cache and check one more time.
