Deactivate the Theme for my current domain

Thanks for deactivating the theme. but I am having another problem now.. I have activated the theme but after a successful scan I found virus on my hosting files. Now I need reinstall the wordpresss and theme as well. But If I am trying to disable the theme from admin panel the link is not working.

Can you please deactivate the theme from your end.

Please find the login details to the website in the private area to make sure that it is not working in admin panel
