Deactivate purchase code on same website domain hosted on another hosting server

    Dear XStore Support, i would like know how to deactivate the purchase code bought for website domain that has been transferred to another web hosting server, different from where it was being previously hosted? is this possible? Thanks very much for your advices.

    Hello,

    Try to activate the theme now.
    One standard license is valid only for 1 project (1 live and 1 staging websites of the same project). When moving a site from one domain to another please deactivate the theme first – https://prnt.sc/urb5kx

    Dear Rose Tyler, greetings and good day to you. Thanks for your advice. i have followed your directions and managed to deactivate the theme’s purchase code on my development hosting server. However, when activating the theme on my production server with the same purchase code, it still failed to activate it. The error message encountered when activating the theme on my production server is, “You have reached activation number limit.” So is there a way to have the purchase code information reset/revoke at your end, so that i can activate it successfully (the purchase code) at my production server? Once again, thanks for your advice.

    We’ve done reset for the code that you registered for account on our site.
    Please try now.
    If you have another code, provide it in the Private Content area, so we can check it also https://prnt.sc/urok8m
