Deactivate my license on current domain.

    Hi,

    Can you please deactivate license on the current domain so I can activate it on a new one?

    Before deactivating, please let me know what happens to the theme on the current domain? Does it get uninstalled? Changed to default? Or nothing happens?

    Hello,

    To deactivate license go to Dashboard > Theme Options and use Deactivate link http://prntscr.com/inld44

    I do not have access to WordPress. The developer who created this website for us has left the organization.

    Also, please respond to the second part of my query.

    Hello,

    If you deactivate license you won’t have access to Theme Options, plugins update, theme update.
    If you are site owner you should have access to files and DB and then it’s not a problem to reset the password.
