Cvs code errors? - by MednaHolistic - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi, according to my IT help I have cvs coding issues with my template.
I have the following issues, please could you help?

*http://medna.co.uk/ – grey underline of informations is missing and we cant find how to put it back.

*Accordions: all layout has changed from the original box into the upper and lower lines and some of them dont even open on pc, most of them dont open on mobile. related pages: http://medna.co.uk/representatives/, http://medna.co.uk/about-us/ http://medna.co.uk/delivery-information/. Spaces seem to be missing too. Also on these pages, the colour and font type appears to be different even there was no change made.

Lastly, please could you point me where can I get the shipping and delivery info edited so that it appears correctly on the product pages under the second tab?

Hello,

The credentials are incorrect. Please check them.
To edit “Returns and Delivery” tab go to Theme Options > Single Product Page > Custom Tab title.

Please clarify with more details. Could you show on a screenshot what you mean?

You’re using deprecated “Accordion” element http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/16/0511/h_1462958061_4926925_40019a553c.jpeg .
You need update the theme and all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ via FTP, then remove outdated elements and recreate them with new ones from the updated plugins.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

I have updated the wp and all plugins are updated too.

The issues are the following:

1. Home page above footer: Informations layout is different from template (please see the handmade version for your reference). There should be a same line under Informations as it is under flickr photos.

2. The mobile view again looked different. Unfortunately I couldnt figure out how to upload attachment so cannot show screen shot. I can forward email if that is good.

3. http://medna.co.uk/delivery-information/ and /representatives and about: the frame of tabs are showing different from the original template, spaces are missing from above sections and some tabs dont open on mobile device.

I was unable to upload attachment but I hope the explanation will help you provide support.

Hello,

1. I’ve created custom sidebar “Informations” in Appearance > Widgets and added Widgetised Sidebar element in your static Block “Footer”. Please check footer now.

2. As I see site is shown fine on mobile. What exactly is wrong? You can upload screenshot to any web storage like dropbox and give us a link.

3. You’re using deprecated element “Accordion” http://storage8.static.itmages.com/i/16/0513/h_1463160266_6471971_cbb4e76d06.jpeg . You need to recreate such elements. Remove the current ones and add a new one with your content.

Also many thanks for solving issues in 1. Unfortunately I still cant see any posts appearing there. Also please could guide me how to delete the extra space left in front of the Informations?

2. I will need to send the images later, but again mobile is showing correctly so I am thinking perhaps it is my internet connection.

3. The accordions were the same as in demo and until an update they were just like how I would like. What is the reason that I need to re create them and do them one by one now? Should it not be updating automatically along the template or can we not install the new accordion that applies to all? I hope it is possible because I am not that technical.

Hello,

1. What posts should you see in the “Informations” section?
The space can’t be removed because it’s block width of the widget.

3. Elements can’t be updated automatically in the pages. When you update Visual Composer plugin the authors may change some code for the elements, but on your pages old element will be still used. That’s why you have to change deprecated element manually to avoid any issues.

Hello,

thank you for your reply. The latest posts are the ones that are not showing above the footer. There you can see an empty panel while on demo there is latest post feeds. I am hoping to show there facebook posts by using the facebook feed plugin but at the moment no facebook post and not even latest post shows there. Could you help please?

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins (Ultimate VC Addons, Visual Composer, Revolution Slider etc.) https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ via FTP.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
