CustomWCWidgetOnsale: Widget class not found

Hi 8theme,
after upgrading our Xmarket theme, we gave this error:
customWCWidgetOnsale: Widget class not found. Make sure this widget exists and the class name is correct
In fact it seems that some widgets are no longer present in the theme, for example that of the onsale products and that of the recent products… We really need these old widget to work, can you help us?

Hello,

Did you use any plugins for those widgets to be displayed?
Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in private content. Also please give a page url where you see the error.

Hi Eva, I’m not the first developer working on this site. I see that there is a shortcode calling the widget, but I cannot recognize a specific plugin. In fact in the old theme version I can see these widgets also in the widgets’ page, but they are not present in the new theme version.
I’m not able to give you an FTP access at this moment, but I can create a test site for you.
Please let me know if it is necessary, because the website is very heavy.

Hello,

To check the issue we need to see the site settings in wp-admin panel and also via FTP.
Please check widgets with default WordPress theme too.
Are they present there?
