Customizer shows different site than actual

    I’m trying to change the colors of the top bar and i go into theme options and i changed the color. The problem is when i go into the page the color isn’t changed but when i go into customizer the color is changed. I’m not sure whats going on here.

    Hi there
    Did you have any third-party plugit? Check please it and clean the browser cache.

    i haven’t installed any plugin besides the xstore plugins. Yes i’ve cleaned by browser cache and have even tried it on different computers it never changes.
