Hello,
the customizer continues to load after the update. I have the theme and plugin up to date and the permalinks I have updated and also just updated because it does not work yet. See video in private content

Thanks for using our theme.
Can you see any errors in the browser console?
Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

customizer works now but the builder for example header builder not working
