  When I try to access customize page through (Appearance>>Customize or xstore>>Theme Option or Header Builder) white page appears and keeps loading but nothing appears. See screen shot attached here https://dropmefiles.com/ORJxv

  I have tried to reinstall the theme 4 times, I cleared the cache several times, and I deactivated all plugins (except woocommerce and xstore) but the problem persist.

  I have made sure that the version of the plugin and the theme is uptodate and I have updated all other plugins.

  Please I need urgent help

  2) Try from another PC or another browser.
