  How can I customize the add new product page when posting an item? I wanna add an inventory as to how many items the vendor have, when to say that stock is low and tag as sold out when all are sold

  How can I customize the add new product page when posting an item?

  I’m not sure that understand your question. WooCommerce plugin allows to create 1 shop page that displays all the products and many product categories. You can create product categories from Products > Categories > add new. You are able to add the product categories to menu https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/docs-menus/#section-6
