Customising buttons on mini cart page (on the bottom)

Hi,
The buttons on the bottom of the mini cart page don’t behave the same: I would like them both light green with white text when normal and dark green with white text whilst on hoover. I attach 2 images with how it looks now and what I would like. Please help me out (again…).
