  Hello, I updated the wordpress to version 5.5 but now my customise page were forever stuck at loading. Would you please help to check what is the problem?

  You need to update the theme and Core plugin.

  I have updated all available updates.
  The page still stuck on loading.

  also, just to mention i have pressed the update button many times.
  but when i refreshed it still show that it needs to be updated.

  Hi,

  Go to Dashboard > Updates > click “Check again” button to get new versions of the theme and core plugin. Update XStore theme and XStore core plugin to versions 6.3.9.1 and 2.3.9.1. Also, you can do the update via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
