Customers reporting issues with checkout page

    Hi,
    I’ve had a number of customers complaining that they’re having issues with the checkout page. One said every time she entered her details she got thrown back to home page, another said she gets a fatal error

    Any idea what could be causing this? When I check it, it seems to be fine, but I don’t know how many people are actually affected or how many sales I’m losing as a result

    This has only been reported to me in the past week, before the latest update. I’m at a complete loss

    Hello,

    Check the WooCommerce > Status > Logs > what errors do you have there when user faced the mentioned issue?

    Ask for the Account access of users who reported errors to allow us to log in to their accounts and test the issue. Also, provide us with admin access to your WP Dashboard.

    We can’t tell what is the reason of the problem if we don’t see it.
