Customers experiencing problems completing orders

None of my customers orders are going through. Also woocommerce is saying that my files are out of date

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

Please update theme to the latest version.
Don’t forget to make backup site before update.

enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.
