Customers Cannot Register - by Surgeprotector

    After WordPress update and WooCommerce updates costumers can no longer register to my site. When they go through the “register” link to the registration page, they fill out all the information required, click “register” and then the page refreshes but there is no confirmation notice or email. When i check the back end no registration is found. Also, when i check my WooCommerce status i see these files bellow out of date:

    theleader/woocommerce/checkout/form-coupon.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.2,

    theleader/woocommerce/checkout/form-shipping.php version 2.1.2 is out of date. The core version is 2.2.0,

    theleader/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php version 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.2.0,

    theleader/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.2.6,

    theleader/woocommerce/myaccount/my-orders.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.2.0,

    FTP info and backend Access provided –

    Hello,

    We’ve edited form-login.php in the directory wp-content/themes/theleader/woocommerce/myaccount.
    Please check the registration form now.

    I believe that did it, thank you Eva. What about the other outdated files and the VC plugin that needs an update as well?

    Hello,

    Concerning the other files, you shouldn’t worry. They won’t affect your site work.
    This issue will be fixed in future update.
    VC plugin works fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. Just ask and we’ll send a current version to you. We update plugins with theme updates from time to time so plugins will be also updated with each next theme update. The option with registering of the plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allows you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from an author if you need. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from the author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

    Sorry Eva but i am a bit confused here. The VC plugin works with no problem, i just get a notice that it needs to be updated (I assume you already updated it for me) but the update is done through the theme update?

    Also, is this notice here for the “outdated files” i mentioned earlier or for something else:?

    Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could be the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details.

    Hello,

    I’ve updated Visual Composer plugin to the latest version.
    Some Woocommerce files are outdated in the theme directory but they won’t affect your site.
    It will be fixed in the next update.
