Customer Testimonials can not scroll anymore, How to fix it?

    Hello There,

    All of a sudden, the customer Testimonials section can not scroll anymore. https://anchormolecular.com/. I tried to fix it by changing the setting to a different state, but nothing worked. Please help! See the attached!
