When customers log into their accounts, they can’t see the order that they placed. I have no idea why this is happening and they’ve only mentioned it since I upgraded to the latest version of this theme.
I noticed that Woocommerce is throwing an alert that certain pages in this theme are not up to date with the core version.
So, my customers are pissed and it looks like this theme is to blame.
So what do I tell my customers? Do you have ANY plans on making these updates? If memory serves, this is not the first time that this has been an issue with this theme.
These are the file in case that screencap doesn’t show up
woopress/woocommerce/myaccount/my-orders.php version 2.2.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.5.0,
woopress/woocommerce/order/order-details.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.5.0,
Let me just add here. That these are not the only problems. Customers are complaining about their account details not been accessible as well.
We’re investigating their issues but each and every single time, it points to this theme.
Hello,
Those files were deleted in Woopress version 2.4 http://storage8.static.itmages.com/i/16/0128/h_1453993774_9650991_395430dc58.png .
Remove them from your current theme version and check “My Account” page after that.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
