When I register a customer account on our site it creates the account just fine, but when I try to login nothing happens. No login, no error message – the page just reloads.
I’ve added the links and login information to the private content area.

1/ Please test how it works when Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) is activated on the site. Let us know the result.
We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
If the issue persists with the (Storefront) theme, We would recommend that you, Please contact WooCommerce plugin Support – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Once the issue is resolved with the WooCommerce default theme – Storefront then It will auto work correctly with the XStore theme.

It’s an issue with the template or theme because if I go to the WP admin login page it works fine.

We’re being told by our hosting provider that
“Quite a large number of admin-ajax requests are coming from the xstore theme on your website”
This is prompting them to lock us out due to firewall issues.
Any suggestions?

Can you please tell me what these requests are so we can get them whitelisted with our provider?
We were able to get the domain whitelisted which fixed the 429 errors. However, it looks like the login issue is due to an issue with the template. See attached console log.

We recommend that you contact your hosting provider to discuss this matter further. It is possible that the problem may be related to PHP sessions or cookies.
