Hey there. I am wondering if there is a way for customers to login at checkout page and continue the process without the need of clicking extra buttons like “go back to checkout page”
Or some kind of multistep checkout starting with login page if customer is not logged in already.
Thanks.
Hello,
Available options you can find in WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Account creation. Please read more in the documentation of WC plugin https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/

Forgot to mention that. Page asks “Are you already customer, click here to bla bla blab”
But nothing happens after click. Also two exact same form shows up at checkout page. I would prefer for second form to show up only after customer clicks “Ship to different address”
Hello,
Provide URL and temporary wp-admin access for better understanding the problem.

You should check the checkout page without logged in though. As logged in checkout page looks fine. Just add one of the items at home page and go to cart and hit “Ödeme”
At the top there is sentence ” Zaten üye misiniz? Giriş yapmak için tıklayın”
It means “if you are already customer, click here” so it supposed to send a customer to login page.
Hello,
It shows form – http://prntscr.com/nstn4p , like with Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) – http://prntscr.com/nstnky

hmmm ok. it is definitely not working at Edge browser though. I am using chrome and logged in 24h so I tried that thing from edge browser. I need to check some other browsers as well like Safari from IOS and firefox etc.
As I can see, this doesn’t work in Safari for your site also.
We do not have this problem on our test site. The issue can be caused by an additional plugin on your site.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear all cache and check if you still have the problem. Once you find out which plugin causes the issue, contact the support of that plugin.
