Customer failed order template missing in Email Builder

    Hello,

    I’d like to report problem with xstore email template.

    When I go to Email Builder customer failed order template missing in the list.

    When I look into Woocommerce -> Settings -> Emails I can see “Failed order” email for customer present.
    These emails work. “Your order at {SITE} was unsuccessful” emails are delivered to customers with xstore default look.

    Just for some reason this template does not appear in Email Builder.

    Can somebody please help me how to fix this?

    These are versions I’m using.

    WooCommerce 9.8.1
    XStore Core 5.4.10
    Xstore theme version: 9.4.10

    Dear @Arnost,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    You are correct — the option you mentioned is currently missing from the list of available email types. However, we have already addressed this issue, and a fix is now available. You can apply the fix by installing patch #94102675.
