I was wondering if I could add some text to the top header (see arrow in screenshot below). I am trying to add the following line of text “FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS”.

Where do I go about editing that?

Hello,

You can add the Text widget with the additional links or text in Dashboard->Appearance->Widgets->Left side top bar area.

So I tried adding text to the Left Side Top Bar Area, but for whatever reason it is not showing on the site. I was able to add text on the Right Side Top Bar Area without an issue. But only the left side seems to not be working.

Any suggestions?

Try to clear cache and check it.
Also your credentials aren’t correct.
