Custom tabs in product page are not showing

Hello Support,
I have installed Woo-Commerce WordPress custom tabs plugin to get custom tabs on my product page to describe things in better way to my customers, however when i added the custom tabs and click on any tab its not switching just showing # value. I have googled the issue and I believe it is a theme related issue. I activated another theme to check and and on the new theme tabs are working. Could you check, please and kindly let me know how to resolve. Many thanks and kind regards, Edna
