Custom Tab and Media Grid issue - by donaceli

Hi, I am trying to create a custom tab to show selective gallery images. I have created a Custom Block and selected images for the Media Grid element. I used the shortcode for the block in my Custom Tab text area for the product. However, when I refresh the product page that uses that shortcode I get Lazy Image loading dots but no content is being loaded. Please provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content so we can take a closer look.

Hello,

The problem is that Visual Composer media grid doesn’t work inside elements like tabs or accordion. That’s why we suggest you use standard WordPress gallery for your images. You can add it via Text block -> Add Media -> Create gallery.
