I’m working on developing an adwords campaign and want to create more dynamic looking landing pages for a few categories (that will be hidden from the main menu and accessible via the ad only).
Is there something in Royal where I can create a page that is sort of like the one page layout, but includes product listings and still maintain my Cleopatra/Jewelery theme for the rest of the site?

Unfortunately there is no such feature in the theme. You may try to use some plugin to achieve what you want.
