    Hi,

Sorry I couldn’t see how to re-open a support request, so I am posting a new one.

The previous response doesn’t solve my issue, sorry about that but now I have checked in further detail.

I have solved the issue with more + and More – but now the process has stopped working.

This is the page it is on: http://www.synaxishosting.co.uk/testing/lily/product-category/men/cufflinks/

I have tested on http://codepen.io/anon/pen/zxWwPQ and it works fine. the saved HTML/CSS is:

    http://codepen.io/anon/pen/zxWwPQ.css
    http://codepen.io/anon/pen/zxWwPQ.html

Paste these in and it works…so I am bit confused why it isn’t working here?

    Hello,

Have you made any changes in the code after that?

    Regards,

No none I cut and pasted the code shown here:

    http://codepen.io/anon/pen/zxWwPQ.css

    http://codepen.io/anon/pen/zxWwPQ.html

    and tested here:

    http://codepen.io/anon/pen/zxWwPQ

Pasted into Custom.css and into Category Header in ‘Cufflinks category’

    Hi,

    Sorry,

Still got the same issue, I have removed the ‘Read More’ as I don’t want that, I want

‘Read +’ or ‘Read More’ then once this has been clicked on I want to show
    ‘Read -‘ or ‘Read Less’

Not for the Read More to remain static.

As it is working here: http://codepen.io/anon/pen/zxWwPQ I still cannot see why it is not working on http://www.synaxishosting.co.uk/testing/lily/product-category/men/cufflinks/ I mean the functionality is working now 🙂 thanks for that.

It is just the ‘read More/Less’

    Many thanks

    Hello,

Sorry, but you have to contact some developers as configuring clients scripts is beyond of our support scope.
    Please take our apologies.

But surely the reason it doesn’t work on your theme is some clash with ‘default theme css’?

As in the pure HTML/CSS environment it works…
