Custom.css error - by marlinda - on WordPress WooCommerce support

My site has started to load really slow and when I check on Pingdom (https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/bChmt2/http://www.kaffeochte.se) it seems to be custom.css that’s causing it. /wp-content/themes/royal/custom.css

Could you please have a look? It has worked fine before and I have no memory of changing anything recently.

Also, is it safe to update to WordPress 4.8.1 and Woocommerce 3.1.1 with Royal 3.0.2.1?

Update:
I think I might have solved it, or at least part of the problem, with the help of this topic https://www.8theme.com/topic/custom-css-error/

The speed test is a lot better now:) But admin is still very slow?! Do I need to do something more?

I have some plugins that I would like to update, and maybe the speed of admin will improve then? But I thought I should wait until you say it is safe to update.

Please do not update Woocommerce and WordPress until next theme update.
