    Hello,

I am currently utilizing an advanced product field plugin. Due to this integration, the AJAX ‘no-reload’ add-to-cart feature has ceased to function properly. My requirement is for the cart to automatically open from the right on mobile devices after the page is reloaded and the WooCommerce success message is displayed. This would allow users to either close the cart or proceed to checkout immediately.

Could you please assist by adding the necessary custom code to the Code Snippets plugin or an appropriate alternative location?

    Thank you!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, @TimN2408,

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

To change the product-added notification type, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce > New Shop > Shop page Layout > Product added notification > Mobile > Select as per your requirement and publish it. https://ibb.co/ykP01x3

    We hope this helps.

    Hello, @TimN2408,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ We suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and deactivate CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
