Custom Code not Working - by blanklab - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

I recently updated my wordpress theme to Xstore, everything is working fine and I’m really happy except for one issue.

We had some custom code added to the page ‘/creative-designer’ to switch between tabs (you can see this working here: http://shop.blanklab.co.uk/) but annoyingly it doesnt seem to be working on the updated theme.

I have tried swapping the themes over from xstore to wordpress defaults and also our previous theme, all works fine.

I’ve also tried disabling all plugins and testing that way, but even with all plugins disabled it still doesnt work.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hello,

I checked the page you provided with default theme and it does not work http://prntscr.com/ceonec . It works with Assyrian theme only. I suppose it was theme element and you need to contact with theme author to get detailed information about these tabs if you want to implement theme in any other theme. We provide support for our theme elements only.

Also, I would recommend to activate child theme if you plan to make any changes in template files.

Our theme has different code for tabs element.
