Current Woocommerce emails but not the email builder

Hi!

I use the email builder and activated all the mails and adjusted them, but still the normal Woocommerce mails are sent. Can you help me figure out the issue?

2. Clear your site and browser cache to make sure the latest changes are being applied.
3. Temporarily disable any third-party plugins that may conflict with the email functionality, and test again.
4. Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme and core plugin.

If the issue persists after these steps, please provide us with temporary FTP access via the private content area so we can take a closer look and assist you further.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
