    Hello,

Install PHP info plugin and check the master value and local value of the PHP Memory limit. Maybe the local value is 40Mb only. Also, go to WooCommerce > Status > what PHP limit information do you have there?

    Regards

IF there is no resolution to this problem then I will ask for a refund, I just want to carry on without technical nitty-gritty.

    Hello,

If you install PHP info plugin and check the value of the PHP memory limit you’ll find that it’s not correct, check the example of your site and correct limits at the right side http://prntscr.com/tjpcyx
So, contact your hosting provider and ask them to set correct limits. It’s not our theme issue because even the WooCommerce plugin does not detect the 256MB of the memory http://prntscr.com/tjpf8c So, no matter what theme you install, you’ll get that notice till you fix it.

    Regards
