    Hi,
    I’m having LOTS of NEW problems with v2.0, but some where already there before (since 1.7.1 and 1.8)

    try to look for .product-../image in css/responsive.css…

    The theme is working almost well on Chrome except it makes the black admin bar desappear which is really annoying (and other sites on the same network with different themes DO NOT !)

    The theme is not working on Firefox (tried 5 different version on 2 different computers), missing elements (do not show on firefox but do on the same page on Opera or Chrome) and the ALL PAGE GOES BLANK when the browser viewport goes over 1200px wide (1200px OK, 1201px or over = BLANK PAGE)

    Two of my customers were interested in buying this theme last month but I told them to keep away from you guys… At least until all this is resolved.

    Last month I tried to send an email telling you that your site was down and was not even granted a response let alone a thank or solution to my problem…
    YOU ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY

    Hope this time I will here from you… In this lifetime !

    Hello,

    As I see your site is working fine. If you resize browser window you need to reload a page.
    Please show us screenshots with your problems and provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi there,

    glad to read from you… Very much less by your answer !

    No the site IS NOT working fine ! Did you READ and UNDERSTAND my claim ?

    The problem with the viewport size is coming from the lots of (typing ?)
    errors in responsive.css as I explained. Firefox stumble upon an error
    and stop treating the following code (normal CSS recommended behaviour)
    where as Chrome and Opera continues to interpret the code and therefore
    are able to make it look fine on large screens. The problem is NOT about
    reloading the page or not, NOR is it about caching or anything else.

    for example at line 1966 and 3 other places:

    .product-../images {
    max-width: 440px;
    margin: 0 auto 30px;
    float: none;
    }

    I don’t believe that “../” is allowed in CSS3 selector, or am I mistaken ?

    on line 1032 :

    .header-type-12 .header-search a:hover {
    color: ;
    }

    shouldn’t their be some color code or inherit ?

    try validating the file throught the W3C CSS validator and you vill see
    for yourselves.

    I already tried correcting those mistakes but the bug is still present,
    I’m sure their plenty other if those BIG ones survived your tests /
    scrutiny for 3 different versions now (1.7.1, 1.8 & 2.0)

    Lots of my client’s customers use Firefox on large HD screens
    (1920×1080) and complain that they see nothing, we can’t tell them to
    resize their window or to use another browser and my client is loosing
    potential customers because of that. He is really upset and start
    talking litigation… Please help me resolve thoses issues while their
    still “only” technical

    Sorry I can’t give you access to the backend for
    security/confidentiality reasons, but I will gladly send you or test any
    file you want by email.

    Hello,

    Sorry, but it’s difficult to investigate the problem if you only send files. We need to check your site and access to wp-admin panel and FTP is needed. Also please show us screenshots with the issues you have on the site (you can upload your screenshots to some web storage, for example, http://imgur.com/ or http://dropbox.com/ ).
    We won’t be able to work in the way of sending files one by one to make some tests.
    Please create FTP account and wp-admin user for us.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Oh so taking a simple look at a css file (I even provided the line numbers of the problems) is too difficult for you… Perhaps you should stay away from the web and resort to paper and pen…

    Anyway I will solve it myself (in fact I already did during the time it took you to answer, I suppose I could tell you which 3 other problems I solved in those 30 minutes, but then I realised that it would be very difficult to reopen my editor again and copy-paste the corrections, sorry)

    IN THE FUTURE I WILL STAY AWAY FROM 8THEMES AND TELL ANYONE TO DO THE SAME !

    Bye.

    ps: To bad you’re not proficient with email, this whole conversation could have stayed private 🙁

    I’ve switched back to v1.8-Royal and everything works as it should.
    But before I changed back, I noticed that Tabs (left & right) were displaying incorrectly. Also product image slider was not working, just the images stacked on top of one another. And spacing issues throughout the site. If your preview site had v2.0 installed instead of v1.8, then maybe I could troubleshoot on my end. I don’t have any extra plugins installed, so it’s not a compatibility issue. And like I said, v1.8 no problems.
