    Hello, @Ashraf,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We appreciate you reaching out to us for assistance.

1/ Upon reviewing your website, we have observed that the current maximum execution time is set below the recommended thresholds and Php version you are using 8.1.18, please down grade the Php version to 8.0. Please refer to the attached screenshot for details: https://ibb.co/L5sJy9s

To ensure the optimal performance of your website, we kindly request that you contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase these values to the following:

    – Max execution time: 5000

After making these adjustments, please attempt the operation again.

2/ We kindly request that you temporarily disable until your site is in development mode the Content Delivery Network (CDN) service currently active on your website. To proceed with this action, please reach out to your hosting provider and request their assistance in disabling the CDN.

3/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team.
