    Hello

CSS isn’t loading in my wp dashboard, I’ve contacted the hosting support and here is their answer :

Definitely, I have checked but the issue is with the xstore theme
wp_enqueue_style( ‘total-child-css’, … Here’s the trick: Ensure that the child theme is ALSO dependent on the Reaction Buttons stylesheet. All we need to do is find the “handle” of that stylesheet and add it to our dependency array. Unfortunately, WordPress doesn’t make it easy to find the handle of stylesheets

Can you please assist me fixing this asap ?

Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site? Also, provide us with screenshot of the error that CSS that is not loading in your Dashboard for a better understanding of what CSS you try to load.

    Hello,

We have installed and activated the default Storefront theme and WP Dashboard is still broken. So, the issue is not related to our theme! Contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the server error logs and your installation again because if WP Dashboard does not work even with the default WP theme we can do nothing.
Also, try to disable the Cloudflare CDN till you fix the issue.

    Regards

    Hello

After several attempts for three days, I’ve found that the problem is when I choose the version of PHP 7.3 or 7.4, which means the dashboard works perfectly when I choose 7.2, so one of the plugins or the theme doesn’t work with php7.3 or 7.4.

But another problem faces me now, which is Customizer isn’t loading at all !

Can you please take a look ASAP.

    Regards

    Hello,

Neither our theme nor the plugins are the reason of the issue. You can easily check it by disabling all the plugins and switch to the default WP theme Storefront and go to Appearance > Customizer, you’ll get the error with styles https://gyazo.com/12fec68dd42cf8c79651063a7ec23907 Something is wrong with your WP installation or with your server settings. Ask your hosting provider to fix this. Our support is able to help only in case issue caused by our theme or plugin. We can’t help if the default WP installation does not work as it should.

    Regards
