    from last 2 Days i am facing problem . My issue is that when i am making changes in wp option or child theme css file my changes is reflecting after 5-10 minutes can you please help me what should i do that that my changes is work fine on the same time , even i Clear my browser cashe every time and i am opening my website in private chrome browser url : http://f3-lifestyle.com/demo/ Please help me its Urgent . It was working fine before.

    Even if i am making changes in theme option in that case my changes is reflecting approx 10 minutes later
