    Hello XStore Support,
I am experiencing a critical issue after migrating my website to the latest XStore theme.
Previously, my website was working correctly with the old theme. I installed the new XStore theme over the existing WooCommerce store, then manually rebuilt and reconnected the theme settings. Since then, several serious issues have appeared.
    Main Issues
    Product prices change unexpectedly.
My store uses WPML + WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency.
The base currency is USD and customers can switch to TRY.
Sometimes prices are displayed correctly, then suddenly they change or appear to be converted incorrectly.
WPML seems to read the correct exchange rate, but WooCommerce/XStore is not consistently displaying the correct product prices.
    Shop View disappeared.
Before installing the new theme, I had both:
    Site View
    Shop View
After activating the new XStore theme, only the Site View exists.
All products are still in the database, but something appears to be disconnected between the theme and WooCommerce.
    WooCommerce Analytics are inconsistent.
The dashboard widget still shows sales correctly.
However, WooCommerce Analytics reports are mostly empty or incomplete.
I suspect there is a compatibility issue between:
    XStore
    WooCommerce
    WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency (WPML)
    possibly some database/theme migration settings.
    What I already checked
    Cleared all caches.
    Rebuilt theme settings manually.
Confirmed products and prices still exist.
Exchange rates in WPML are correct.
Currency conversion itself appears to work, but displayed prices become inconsistent.
No PHP fatal errors are visible.
    My Questions
Could you please guide me through a proper compatibility diagnosis?
    Specifically:
Is there any migration step required when replacing an old XStore installation with the latest version?
Does XStore store WooCommerce or Shop settings that need to be regenerated?
Is there any compatibility issue with WPML Multi-Currency in the latest version?
Which caches or theme-generated data should be rebuilt?
    Should I regenerate XStore builders/templates?
Are there database synchronization tools that should be run?
Could missing Shop View indicate an incomplete theme migration?
I would appreciate a step-by-step troubleshooting procedure rather than general suggestions, because this is a live production WooCommerce store and the pricing issue is critical.
    Thank you.

    Hello, elmas dental,

Thank you for the detailed information.

Before we investigate this further, please provide the following details:

    1. Which XStore theme version and WooCommerce version were installed before the update?
    2. Which XStore theme and WooCommerce versions are currently installed?
    3. Did you update only the XStore theme, or did you also update the XStore Core plugin?
    4. Please confirm the currently installed XStore Core plugin version.
    5. Were WooCommerce database updates completed after updating WooCommerce?
    6. Does the issue remain when only XStore, XStore Core, WooCommerce, WPML, and the multicurrency plugin are active?
    7. Please also send screenshots showing the incorrect prices and the correct exchange rate configured in WPML/WCML.

Please note that XStore does not store or recalculate WooCommerce product prices independently. Price conversion is normally handled by WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency, so we first need to determine whether the issue is caused by a version mismatch, an incomplete theme/core update, outdated database data, or a conflict with another plugin.

Please create a full backup before making any further changes. Once we receive the requested version details and screenshots, we will be able to check compatibility and advise on the next troubleshooting step.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
