    Hello,

I just updated our site to use your latest 2.5 version of the theme, since we were experiencing problems with users not being able to register. I supposed it’s because there has been some WP and Woocommerce updates and the theme was not recently updated. After the upload of the theme completed, the following happened:

    http://dobiart.fr/

As you can see, we can only see the background and some sort of a gray line on top. The whole frontend is gone, apparently on all pages. Please use the info provided in the private content to look into this ASAP, since the web-shop is practically down and we have a customer who is waiting to register and order…

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

You can ignore the previous request, i’ve solved the problem by manually updating VisualComposer. I suspected the problem was caused by that, but wasn’t sure. I didn’t know how to update it, since it’s a payed-to-use plugin, but i found out eventually after careful re-read of the documentation.

Note: It’s not very easily accessible information, you should maybe try to make it clearer and easier to find.

Anyways, everything seems to be ok now.
