    Dear Support Team,

I am currently experiencing a critical issue on my website:

    Website: https://www.sintexonline.com/

    Theme: XStore
    Builder: Elementor (Free/Pro)

    Issue Summary:

When I try to edit pages using Elementor, the editor gets stuck on the loading screen and never fully loads.

The issue persists even after enabling Safe Mode in Elementor.

The overall site performance is significantly affected – pages take a long time to load.

Using Query Monitor, I’ve noticed high resource usage and long-running processes, which might be causing or contributing to this issue.

    Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:

Enabled “Switch Editor Loader Method” in Elementor.

Increased PHP memory limit to 256M.

Cleared all caches (browser, WordPress, server).

    Deactivated all non-essential plugins temporarily.

Tested both in normal and Safe Mode – issue still persists.

    Specific Page Affected:
    https://www.sintexonline.com/plastic-pipes/
    (Elementor editor does not load)

    Request:
Please assist in identifying and resolving the cause of:

    Elementor editor not loading

    High query/process load

    Overall slow site performance

If you require access credentials, error logs, or additional details, please let me know and I will provide them securely.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Dear @Siddharth,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing the issue, we have identified that the error appearing in the console originates from the Elementor Pro plugin scripts, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/QPv8jYjR36p9.

As this issue is related to the Elementor Pro plugin and not associated with our theme’s code, we kindly recommend reaching out to Elementor’s support team for further assistance. Since you are a customer of their Pro version, their support team will be best equipped to help resolve this matter.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Dear 8Theme Team,

Thank you for your response regarding the Elementor Pro-related issue. I understand that the console error originates from Elementor scripts, and I will reach out to their support team for further assistance.

That being said, my main concern is the high CPU usage and overall website performance. I want to achieve a 90+ score on both desktop and mobile in Google PageSpeed Insights and also ensure that the site passes Core Web Vitals.

Could you please guide me on:

Theme-specific optimizations or settings I should adjust to reduce CPU load.

Recommended caching/minification settings that work best with XStore and Elementor.

Any server-side or theme-side improvements that could help me reach the performance goals.

I’d really appreciate your support in optimizing the theme’s performance so that my website runs smoothly, consumes fewer server resources, and meets Core Web Vitals standards.

    Looking forward to your guidance.

    Best regards,
    Siddharth
