After updating the xstore theme to v.8.0.11, I am encountering a critical error problem while accessing the product pages on my website over the phone. There is no error on the site home page on mobile, but when I log in to products or categories, I encounter a critical error problem. When I looked in the error logs, I couldn’t find anything. How can it solve this problem?
Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site, please. And also provide link to page where you get the critical error.
The link I have forwarded is one of the pages that give an error on mobile. In the mobile version, it gives the same error as the error in the link that I have forwarded in other products and categories.
