Hi
If I turn off the xstore core plugin or theme, I get a critical page error.
Xstore core: 4.0.7
theme xstore; 8.0.7
What I have to do? it is very important

Hello,

We’ll fix the issue in the next theme update. Meanwhile, edit the xstore/framework/theme-functions.php file and just remove that line https://prnt.sc/1v0zvs8

I fixed line 1509, but only this website has persistent problems (and only here I have fatal bug from xstore theme).
I have a plugin that imports products from the marketplace – it doesn’t work, the plugin doesn’t import products

1/ Describe the problem in more detail. Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, please.
2/ What exactly plugin? Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.
