Critical error after 9.0 XStore update – help

After the latest update of your theme, my website just died – the day before everything was perfect… Please check it.

There is an issue with product pages:

Hello,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
As we can see, the Home page works fine, but there is a problem on single product page. Please provide FTP access.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

There seems to be a problem with a “WC Fields Factory” plugin, because when I disable it, everything is going back to life…

But the problem is that this plugin is crucial for my website, I really need it.

It worked just fine with the previous version of your theme.

Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
Please check FTP access, we can’t connect
