Critical error adding product widget to shop page using xstore customiser

Hi I tried adding a product widget to a product page using xstore customiser and got a critical error. Now all product pages in the theme have this same error message. I can’t seem to access the customiser menu when viewing this page in preview mode.

In your dashboard create a new user with administrator role, and provide us with login and password.
Contact your hosting provider to get FTP if you don’t have it.

Hello,

WP Dashboard access is incorrect https://gyazo.com/8e388d92a67d2a140acfeaa5015820f4 So, make a double-check and provide the correct one. Also, don’t forget about FTP access to your server. We will need to check the files to fix the issue, not just theme settings.
