When I have a customer that has an order pending payment and they log back into their account to pay, when they select the order and select the “pay now” tab, it takes them to the checkout page where they can enter their credit card information however the fields for entering the credit card information are not working. You click on them and nothing happens. You are not able to enter anything into the fields. You are able to select payment type but cannot enter anything into the fields. This only happens when customers try to complete an existing order that has not been paid yet.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

We have checked your site with the official WooCommerce theme and see the same problem, it means that it’s not related to our theme. Check the plugin settings, try to disable third-party plugins and check if problem still persists. Enable them one by one to find out which one could be the reason of your issue.

We are able to provide support for issues related strictly to our theme.

    Regards

I think it is an issue with Paypal Powered by Braintree plugin. I deactivated it and switched to standard Paypal which is working. I will contact the plugin author for that plugin. Thank you
