Creating a cool forum page

Hi,
I want to create a forum page just like your here with a button for my users to submit new topic. I ve gat two issues.

1. I want to create a forum page so i can display some rules of the forum at the base of the page just like you have in your forum but i found out the bbpress plugin can only be added to my site through the Menu area and not as other pages that i have. How do i add bbpress as page so i can be able to add some texts at the base.

2. How do i create the submit button as you have in your page ?
3. can you also tell me how to create the private content section on my site ?

2. Do you mean you want to have the same styling of the button?

I have not created the submit button yet. All i want i to have the the king of buttons you ve got at the top right hand corner of your forum page that says, ‘Create new Topic’ or ‘create new reply’. I don’t know how to create the button there there in the first place.

Can you please start by telling me how to create the button?

“Submit” button is created automatically with bbPress plugin.
You can create buttons using Button element in Visual Composer editor.
