    I have several problems to use the Royal WordPress theme.
    I hope you can help me to solve this.

    1. How to disable the ‘custom tab page’ (returns and delivery) on single product page?
    I don’t need the custom tab page yet, so i want to hide / disable it.

    2. I want to make a page that will show only ‘Sale’ product on it. How i supposed to do this?
    I want the layout is just the same as the product page.

    3. I want to make additional status like ‘Sale’ and ‘New’ that named as ‘Hot Item’, so i can display some product specificly?
    Can you help me to do something like that? (this one is very important among all)

    Hello,

    1. Go to Theme Options > Single Product Page > Custom Tab title and remove the title.

    2. Create a separate page, add Products element in Visual Composer editor and select to display Sale items in the settings.

    Thank you for your support. There’re several things i want to ask.

    1. When i create a page and put product elements and then select the ‘sale’ product, do i have to specify the total products? Because i want to display all of the available sale products

    2. So, you can’t help me about the hot items tag atribute?

    Hello,

    1. There is no need to specify products number in the settings, all products that have sale price will be displayed.

    2. As we told you we don’t provide additional customization , but you may order additional support https://www.8theme.com/customization-services/ .

    3. Add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    .header-type-10 .menu-wrapper .navbar-collapse .menu-main-container .menu > li > a {
   border: none;
}

    If you want to show all sale items then you don’t need to specify the limit number.

   border-left: 1px solid gold;
   border-right: 1px solid gold;
}

    2. Do you want to add background color for side blocks or for the main container where the content is shown?

    for the side blocks, i want to put an image that contains some art, so it will be shown only the left/right side of the image

    You can enable Hard Crop option in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display.

    Please upload background image to see the issue.

    The code will work only for products on Shop page, not on single product page.

    1. this is the ‘product list’ on the shop or any other page http://postimg.org/image/c64wx6oq3/ when i use the ‘clip’ code which jack provides before (it’s just like how i want)

    2. this is the ‘actual’ image of the product http://postimg.org/image/p6pul3q23/

    3. this one is the display of the ‘single product page’ http://postimg.org/image/4d9nrgtd7/ (not like how i want) because the previous one when i don’t implement the ‘clip’ code it’s shown the actual size image.

    4. this one is the ‘quick view’ display http://postimg.org/image/j556rbkiz/ (just like the single product one, it’s clipped)\

    I’ve disabled Hard Crop option. Please check single product page now.

    5. This is Woocommerce configuration. You should ask their support about your query as our theme doesn’t have such features.
